招聘岗位：
Test Engineer / 测试工程师
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Troubleshoot ATE test and handling equipment
· Understand failure mechanisms, develop models and work with worldwide test organization to improve product quality, reliability and yields
· Improve test equipment overall equipment effectiveness
· Work closely with manufacturing staff and customers to realize output and quality goals
· Develop software to monitor the test production floor
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Master's Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering
· Excellent analytical and English communication skills
Must be familiar with UNIX operating system and windows operating systems
Process Engineer / 工艺工程师
Major Responsibilities:
· To be in the start up team to set up advanced high volume SMT production;
· Drive improvements in yield & quality performance through characterization of processes, establishing Statistical Quality Control and Continuous Improvement programs;
· Troubleshoot and analyze production yield and product quality issues;
· Engineering support in the development and introduction of new Memory Modules;
· Select suitable process and materials for SMT process to achieve high quality products;
· Find innovative solutions to manufacturing line problems to bring about process breakthrough.
Qualifications:
· Master's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
· Good English communication skills and ability to work under minimal supervision;
· Strong analytical, troubleshooting and project management skills;
· Challenger seekers with good technical skills;
· Experience in Surface Mount Technology in semiconductor manufacturing preferred.
Equipment Engineer / 设备工程师
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
· To be in the start up team to set up advanced high volume SMT production
· Troubleshoot and analyze machine failure mechanism and provide effective solutions
· Implement Total Productive Maintenance to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness
· Implement preventive & predictive equipment maintenance to improve machine uptime
· Upgrade equipment to improve productivity and quality of product
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Master's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
· Good English communication skills and ability to work under minimal supervision
· Strong analytical, troubleshooting and project management skills
· Challenger seekers with good technical skills
· Experience in Surface Mount Technology in semiconductor manufacturing preferred.
